Check In

Our official check in time is 3 P.M. But we are pretty flexible. For your convenience we accept early and late check-ins. We just need to know ahead of time if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM or before 8:00 AM, to make arrangements for your check in.

Check Out

Our Check out time is 12:00 P.M. noon. However, if you need to check out before 8:00 AM please let us know in advance, to make proper arrangements and the rest of our guests are not disturbed.

Deposit

A deposit of one night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation. You may use your credit card to make your deposit via our website under Make Reservation, or you can make a deposit to our Mexican bank account with BANORTE, or pay your deposit sending your payment through PayPal. To pay your bill in full at your check-out we accept Visa, MasterCard, or cash (pesos or dollars) at the Bed and Breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

For Regular Reservations (not High Season or Specials): Any cancellation must be received 5 days prior to your arrival date. Once a reservation has been confirmed and your payment processed, all cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival, or after your arrival, will not be refundable.

For Reservations during High Season: Cancellations during high season, during Cervantino Festival must be made 15 days in advance otherwise, they will not be refundable.
